Purpose
The purpose of this Policy (Terms & Conditions)  is to outline the preliminary understanding between Ceci Educare Oy  and Party B (clients & partners) regarding the provision of services through Ceci Educare Oy/  Finland Academy of International Business (Ceci Educare Oy). This serves as  a formal agreement. However , party B (clients & partners) may write a formal or discuss a negotiation proposal where applicable. 


Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
a. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all discussions and materials shared during the agreement  process.
b. Confidential information includes but is not limited to technical, commercial, financial, operational, marketing, or personnel information disclosed by either party.
c. The obligation of confidentiality shall not apply to information that is publicly available or independently obtained without breach of this agreement.
d. This NDA clause shall remain in effect regardless of whether a formal agreement is reached.


Bonding & Non-Binding Provision
a. It is understood and agreed by both parties that no binding obligation is intended before the service provision.

b. Services are binding upon starting the service relationship which includes application, payments & provisional services

c. Either party may withdraw from service provision when no process has begun at any time without liability or obligation to the other party.

TERM AND TERMINATION

1. This terms & conditions  shall continue until terminated by Ceci Educare Oy

2. Either party may withdraw from any commitment before starting any practical arrangement,  financial process & related with Ceci Educare Oy

3. Refunds shall be processed 7-21 days upon confirmation. Clients shall receive their refunds 30 days upon decision has been confirmed 

4. Ceci Educare Oy may terminate & end the service when there is breach of contract. This includes :

 12.GENERAL PROVISIONS

This Agreement contains the entire understanding of the parties concerning the subject matter and replaces all prior agreements and understandings, oral or written, between the parties concerning the subject matter.


This Agreement shall be binding upon and benefit the parties hereto and their respective successors and assigns.


Any changes to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.


This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of Finland.


Ceci Educare Oy has rights to update / amend / make changes to the terms , conditions & services in this agreement document on a prior notification.

No . You are not working for us but rather we are building your professional life with real life experiences with other partner companies.

This will always be in the evening after 18.00. Example the HR & Management courses shall be held every Sunday at 18.00 Gambian time, 18.00 Liberia time, 18.00 Sierra Leone time etc
